According to the Microsoft 365 roadmap, the company is adding support for new languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, and German. Microsoft says that Outlook on the web will provide suggested replies to international users if they have a conversation in any of those languages.
Outlookâs suggested replies is a nifty feature that makes it easier for users to respond to emails based on their context. When users receive an email that can be answered with a short response, they can quickly choose pre-set replies to send a response without typing it out. The feature uses machine learning and natural language processing techniques to help users compose emails.
As a reminder, Suggested replies are already available for Outlook for Android and iOS in various languages such as English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and French. While the feature should begin rolling out worldwide in January, it will not be available to all users straight away. The company will gradually roll out the new capability to all tenants.
